FAQs

  • I want to make changes to my home. Who do I call?

    Definitely not Ghostbusters.

Please refer to the HOA manual and ensure if the changes that you want to make are within HOA confines. If unsure, then write to us from the Contact us page above, and we will be happy to help!

  • The *insert concern here* is not working out.

Firstly, apologies that insert concern here is not working out. Check out your home warranties, the HVAC, plumbing, and structural warranties has a good guide on who should you contact.

  • What is this red light next to my home wall? It is obnoxiously loud and now my neighbours hate me.

Run! Poop is about to hit the fan. Perhaps literally!

But seriously, your septic tank is jammed. We have an existing contract with a plumber who can sort it out for you. Our HOA contract with the plumber guarantees a flat rate for all home owners of course except there are additional nuances that the plumber may identify in their inspection.

Now treat your neighbours with a wine perhaps.

  • When do the landscapers do their thing?

Jamison is a village. Grass is growing and so are the mosquitoes and pests with it in the grass. Landscapers, thankfully, are assigned to come in at least once a week, unless rain gods don’t let them. The landscaper duties are on the resources tab. Remember your password to access the page.

  • What is this ARC thingy?

ARC stands for Architectural review committee. This a team of gophers and beavers that make dams on the basins in the community. Not really.

ARC committee is responsible for ensuring all things landscaping within the community, both on home owners lots and common lots are up to township and HOA standards.

Basically they are ensuring that no one installs another Taj Mahal on the property.

  • Alright when is the next food/ice cream/block party?

Trust us! This is our question as well. The next event is whenever the treasure relaxes their deep pockets.

We will keep everyone updated via the Facebook page (link to our page on the top banner), and via email, and via this website as well.
